Steps to reproduce:
1. Import the below EmployeeImport XML which has multiple StoreOrHierarchy associations to the Employee (Ex: emp1)

<EmployeeAccess>
<EmployeeLoginID>emp1</EmployeeLoginID>
.........
</EmployeeAccess>
<EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
<EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
<NodeID>1</NodeID>
<NodeType>node</NodeType>
<StoreGroupFunctionID>1</StoreGroupFunctionID>
</EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
</EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
<EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
<EmployeeStoreID>01111</EmployeeStoreID>
<EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
<NodeID>01111</NodeID>
<NodeType>store</NodeType>
<StoreGroupFunctionID>1</StoreGroupFunctionID>
</EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
</EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
<EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
<EmployeeStoreID>04241</EmployeeStoreID>
<EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
<NodeID>04241</NodeID>
<NodeType>store</NodeType>
<StoreGroupFunctionID>1</StoreGroupFunctionID>
</EmployeeHierarchyAssn>
</EmployeeStoreOrHierarchyAssn>
</Employee>

2. Notice the below values from EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHY_ASSN table

ID_LOGIN ID_STRGP_FNC     ID       TYPE
emp1             1                 1        node
emp1             1               1111     store
