EXT_REF_NO_IN Column in the SHIPMENT Table is Not Being Updated During Transfer Receipt (Doc ID 2350622.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System RMS, EXT_REF_NO_IN column in the SHIPMENT table is not being updated during Transfer receipt.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Create a Purchase Order, ship and receive.
2.Notice that SHIPMENT.EXT_REF_NO_IN is updated with the Order number.
3.Now create a Transfer, ship and receive.
4.Notice that SHIPMENT.EXT_REF_NO_IN is not updated, it remains as null.
5.Expected behavior is SHIPMENT.EXT_REF_NO_IN should update with the transfer number as per the data model.
