Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When Importing P6 XER file, there is no process after finish button. It does an initial load, but it does not complete importing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Import process should be completed successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 client.
2. Import an XER Project and then select the EPS.
3. Click next and finish button. It does an initial load, but it does not complete importing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the importing of a P6 XER Project.
