Model Upload Fails Without Error in Model Upload Log When Executing Database Scripts

Symptoms
On OFSAAI 7.3.5.1.0, when attempting to run model upload, it appears the model upload is successful, but fails during ftp as the model upload log file ends abruptly without completion:

Server is updated since last working model upload to close ftp port 21. Only sftp port is now open.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run model upload.
2. Check errors in nohup.out
