'External Process Failed!' appears when installing the Oracle Clinical 5.2 Front End.

'External Process Failed!' appears in the Oracle Universal Installer screen when installing the 'Oracle Clinical 5.2 Front End' if :
- OPA_HOME is installed on the 'C drive' ( e.g. 'c:\opapps52' )
- Fusion Middleware techstack is installed on the 'D Drive' ( e.g. 'D:\Oracle\Middleware' )
The 'installActions.log' contains below (so error is surfacing when trying to install the 'OPADomain') :
