Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1

Unable to delete a component from a Network System Design. The Customer Circuit List window appears with a message that indicates a component is connected to customer connections and network associations to the component must be removed before the element can be deleted. There are two connections listed in the window and both are in a status of "Canceled".
