How to Change the Account Status Using PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS (Doc ID 2351887.1)

Goal

To change the account status from manual termination in the input Flist for PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS from testnap , entry should be go to AIA by oracle queue, so limited to Manual Termination not for other regular termination

 

BRM run time checks this conditions and gets PIN_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME,PIN_FLD_SERVICE_OBJ properly but it is not able to fetch value PIN_FLD_STATUS from the flist data.
