CSS Accounts With Multiple Services Only Show Usage For The Active Service

Goal
** Configuration:
OUCSS 2.1.0.2 + MDM 2.1.0.3:
** Data Description:
OUCSS user is associated with two premises:
Premise A - service ended on 12/28/2017
Premise B - service started on 12/19/2017
A bill produced on 12/27/2017 includes usage (kwh) for both premises (which is correct since both were active).
** Question:
In OUCSS, the View Usage graph only shows the active service at Premise B. Premise A is not shown.
