In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), if one component item of a fashion pack or a pre-pack is deleted from a Purchase Order (PO) and the quantity of another component item of the same pack item is modified, ItemBOMDel message is sent to Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) for each component and again ItemBOMCre message is sent for the remaining components of the pack. The ItemBOMDel messages are received and processed, but the ItemBOMCre message fails with the following error:

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a pre-pack order.
2. Add a new pre-pack to the order.
3. Save the order and wait the pack to integrate with SIM.
4. Edit the pre-pack on the order.
5. Save the order and wait for the pack to integrate with SIM.

Notice that the ItemBOMDel is received and processed, but ItemBOMCre fails with the above error.
