Last updated on MARCH 12, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.6.0.0.0 and later
Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 and later
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Integration to Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 12.1.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Customer is using C2M 2.6, they have over 100 Bill Cycle Schedules to be defined in a new implementation, and they want to use initial sync processing to populate the D1 Bill Cycle tables.

C1-SYNIL is not creating any Sync Requests for the C1 Bill Cycle MO because it automatically adds high / low thread conditions on numeric primary keys, which do not work with alphanumeric bill cycle codes (which can be the case with Bill Cycle Codes).
