Unable to assign application access to users in a Unifier Cloud Hosted environment using the Cloud Administration Tool.
After assigning application access and clicking Save, the user is not processed and the following error is seen in the Cloud Administration Tool user interface log:
"Assigning Application Access failed for user [User Account]"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Cloud Administration Tool
2. Select a user or create a new user.
3. Assign the user application access role(s)
4. Click the Save button and observe that the user processing fails.
