BILLING Batch Process Error "table Or View Does Not Exist" (Doc ID 2352768.1)

After Converting custom Cobol modules to Java and upgrading to version 2.5 of CC&B, when running BILLING to validate a number of converted CM modules, the process is throwing an error indicating "table or view does not exist". This batch process runs CI program CIPBBILB.
