Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11.3 Patch Set 6 (11.3.0.6.0) is released on 25 January 2018.
This announcement lists the enhancements and fixes delivered in Elastic Charging Engine 11.3 Patch Set 6.

Important:
If you have deployed BRM 7.5, before upgrading to ECE 11.3 Patch Set 6, ensure that you install the following:
  • BRM 7.5 Patch Set 17, Patch Set 19 or BRM 7.5 Patch Set 20. For more information, See respective BRM 7.5 Patch Set Installation Guide.
  • PDC 11.1 Patch Set 11. For more information, see PDC Installation and System Administration Guide.
If you have deployed BRM 12.0 with ECE 11.3 Patch Set 4 or Patch Set 5, PDC 12.0 and OCOMC 12.0, you can upgrade the ECE 11.3 installation to Patch Set 6.

Improved Rating Performance with Complex Rate Plans: 

With this release, the rating performance has been improved for complex rate plans with zoning and/or large number of selectors.
