Language Translation Template Contains Inconsistent Values In Base Language Drop-Down Field (Doc ID 2353536.1)

When language template is downloaded, it can be noticed that base language column in Language_translation tab does contain inconsistent values which are not available in the base language drop down list.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to RMS
  2. Go to Foundation Data > Data Loading > Download
  3. Download language template. Administration/Languages
  4. Open language translation tab
  5. Notice the number values in base language drop-down field. The description is replaced by numbers in drop-down list.
