Symptoms

Example:
'LegacySched1' is a legacy scheduler from 2.1.0.6 and still used in the upgrade to 2.3.0.1. It is Missing the Batch Control field on the Scheduler details page.

Action on an Offline Scheduler works as expected.  Action on an affected Online Scheduler generates error message:

'NewSched1' was created after the upgrade and has the Batch Control field as expected.
