Popover Maintenance Windows "stuck" After Saving Changes To An Object (Doc ID 2353596.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 28, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Framework - Version 4.3.0.1.0 to 4.3.0.1.0 [Release 4.3]
Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 2.3.0.0.0 and later
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 2.3.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

This happens sporadically with both Chrome and IE11. It is not limited to a specific object or anything in the system.  It could happen when editing a Task Type, updating a Shift Weekly Template, etc.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. After clicking the Edit button on a record, a popover maintenance window is displayed.
2. Make changes to the object
3. Click Save

You can see in the background that the main application page is refreshed with the changes, but the popover window does not disappear. Users can successfully navigate to other pages in MWM using the dashboard links or clicking whatever is visible around the popover window.

Clicking Save a second time does nothing, clicking the close button ('X') in the popover does not close the window.

The following script error is encountered:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to set property 'disabled' of undefined or null reference uiSupport.js (2827,5)
SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch cisEnabled.css
SEC7113: CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch cisEnabled.css
