Unable To Correct Fix 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ' Error From ReSA Front End For Tran_type='VOID'

Unable to correct fix 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ' error from ReSA front end for tran_type='VOID'
From the source system a transaction was pushed to ReSA with item_status as null.In ReSA while saimptlogi tried to consume the transaction, a row was inserted in the table sa_error with the error 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ'.
When tried to correct the item_status from ReSA front end through the screen transaction detail 'satrdtl' for transaction type 'VOID',sub transaction type 'VOID' we have corrected item_status as 'Voided'.
After refreshing by using REFRESH_ERROR button the error 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ' still existed.
When transaction type is VOID, not being able to correct the error 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ' by setting ITEM_STATUS = 'Voided' from ReSA front end.
Clear steps to Reproduce
1) Create a RTLOG file with item_status as null and tran_type=void and sub_tran_type as "void"
2) Run sasydycr for the business date
3) Run sagetref
4) Run saimptlogi
5) Run saimptlogfin
Notice that sa_error has the error 'ITEM_STATUS_REQ'
6) ) Correct the status to "voided" from "error"
7) Click on refresh errors
8) Still notice that sa_error has the error
