Symptoms

Return to Vendor information is not captured for the transaction done from physical warehouse in RI.

When a RTV transaction is happening for an item from a physical warehouse in RMS, that corresponding record is not integrated to RI due to below reason.

In RI, while fetching the data from RMS it also checks for the item ranging in ITEM_LOC table, but in this scenario ranging will not be done for physical warehouse rather it will be done for virtual warehouse. So in RTV_HEAD we will have the location as physical warehouse and in ITEM_LOC that item is ranged to virtual warehouse, hence the condition fails and the corresponding record is not pulled into Retail Insights fact table.

Steps To Recreate the issue:

1. Subscribe to an RTV for a physical warehouse
2. Run SDE_RetailInventoryReturnToVendorFact
3. Notice that the RTV is not inserted to stage table
