Unable to Add “Activity To Schedule” From Activity Portal

1 Step 1. Go to Menu > Work Management > Work Activity > Search. The Work Activity search window displays.
2 Step 2. In the Work Activity Search By drop down select the appropriate search criteria.
3 Step 3. In the Activity information Zone, search by the appropriate criteria.
4 Step 4. Click search, the search results will display below.
5 Step 5. Select the correct Activity from the results. The Work Activity Record will appear.
6 Step 6. Click the Resources Tab.
7 Step 7. In the Quick Add Zone, use the drop down menu to select Labor Resource Class.
8 Step 8. Using the search icon, select the appropriate Craft Code. The Craft Search window displays.
9 Step 9. In the Craft Information section, enter the appropriate Craft search criteria.
10 Step 10. Click Search. The Craft results are displayed below.
11 Step 11. Select the correct craft. The Work Activity Record will display on the Resources tab.
12 Step 12. Fill in the Number of People field.
13 Step 13. Fill in the Hours Per Person field.
14 Step 14. Use the drop down menu to select the Overtime Type.
15 Step 15. Click Save. The Work Activity Record will display on the Resource Tab.
16 Step 16. In the Activity Resource Action Zone, Click Activate next to the appropriate resource.
