Deleting 'Test-All' Role Causes Loss Of Use In ReIM

Symptoms

On : 16.0.1 version, Security


  After deleting the role 'test-all' from Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), you are unable to access screens in Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
  Expect to be able to access ReIM as nothing is assigned to the 'test-all' role


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1 - Login in ReIM with admin role and navigate through the screen and log out
  2 - Log in the Enterprise Manager
  3 - Go to "Application Deployments" > "Internal Applications" > "em"
  4 - Right click over the "em (REIM_AdminServer)"
  5 - A pop up will appear
  6 - Select "Security"  > "Application roles"
  7 - In the application Stripe filter select "Reim"
  8- Click on the "Role Name" arrow button to search (no filter is necessary)
  9 - select the role "test.all" and delete it
10 - Repeat the step 1
11- Note that the screen are unavailable.
