Equipment Spec not Defaulting for CPE Product (Doc ID 2353901.1)

Symptoms

In MSS 6.2.1

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR :
A user has one single equipment spec that is associated to a CPE product in the product catalog. It has the default checkbox selected in the product catalog, but everytime it is associated it has to be manually selected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR :
In below hierarchy of the items when an Equipment Spec for CPE is defined as Default in the Product Catalog, the Equipment Spec field should be populated with the Default value instead of blank . The user should not be expected to populate it manually.
