Symptoms
Fails to check in CAD data from MCAD connector with below error:
Error
Error adding rows to Files table: Insufficient privilege. #
Also, below symptom is observed:
- Design
- Check in does not complete, and state shows checked out -> Unexpected
- Attachment file is added to Files tab -> Expected
- Item is added to Relationships tab -> Expected
- Item
- Attachment file is not added to Attachments tab -> Unexpected
- Mapped attribute is updated -> Expected
- Design is added to relationships tab -> Expected
What is Working
Can create Design and check in from Web Client
Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade MCAD connector to 3.6
- Upgrade Agile to 9.3.6
- Do not make any changes to roles/privileges
- Open CAD file from Solidworks, and check in to Agile
