Symptoms

Losing Decimal Value When Using Comma for Decimal Separator in Timesheets.

Unable to use comma as decimal separator (1.000,50 ). It will change the value to 1,000.00.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Formatting, Region and Currency to German to use comma as decimal symbol.
2. Check Team Member, Timesheets.
3. Enter 1.000,50 and it changes to 1,000.00 (loses the 50 after the comma).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users lose values in their Timesheets.
