Symptoms

On : 7.2.4 version, BEA Server

Create Order request hanging in AIA queue.

AIA is pushing order creation request in AIA queue but it is not reaching to OSM.
After restarting the OSM admin and managed server, OSM is creating all the orders which were stuck in AIA queue.
