"Next Set" Button Fails to Retrieve Next Set of Claim Lines on Change Claim Page (Doc ID 2354997.1)

Symptoms

The system property for the number of lines/records to be displayed on a page is set to 50. A claim with more that 50 lines does show the "next set" button on the claim line section of the page, but clicking the button fails to retrieve the next set of the claim lines; the first 50 lines are still displayed. This worked in previous versions.

The workaround is time consuming: select lines 51 and up by specifying the sequence in the "filter by" field and retrieving those lines one by one by putting in the sequence in the search field.

The expected behavior is if a claim has more that 50 lines,  the next set button is shown on the claim line section.  Clicking the next set button shows lines 51 up to 100 and the previous set button appears as well.  The property ohi.ui.maxrowstoretrieve is set to 50 and there are no page specific properties set.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Set the ohi.ui.maxrowstoretrieve to 50 without setting any page specific properties
2) Create a claim with more than 50 lines; get the claim in the change status.
3) This behavior is also shown in the view claims page.
