TO_EFF_DT on the SERV_ITEM table not Being Set for Special Trunk Products

Symptoms

When disconnecting or cancelling special trunk groups, the status gets updated appropriately on the service item, but the to effective date is not being set. The to effective date should be set with the value of the date on which the due date (DD) for the trunk group disconnect gets processed.  The TO_EFF_DT on the SERV_ITEM table for the special trunk group should be set when the status is updated to '8' (Disconnected) or 'A' (Cancelled).

In 'Work Queue Manager' window, after DD completion of disconnect order or in 'Service Request Search' window ,after supplement cancelling the new order, TO _EFF_DT on SERV_ITEM table holds null for the service items instead of updating to DD completion date.
