Seasnsil.ksh job failed when prolonging an expired season

An expired season, which was integrated to RI, will be flagged as CURRENT_FLG='N'. When extending the End Date of that season to a date in the future, RI daily batch jobs will again integrate that season, with CURRENT_FLG='Y', into RI. This cause the error happens while inserting into table W_RTL_SEASON_D.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Find a season in RI with CURRENT_FLG='N' (ex: season 303)
2. In RMS, open that season and edit its End Date to a future date (greater than VDATE)
3. Run required daily batch jobs to integrate that season to RI.
4. Note that when running at seasnsil.ksh, the "unique constraint violated" error will display.
