Bank Identification Number Changes for MasterCard Impacting Customer Centre, Undefined Payment Method

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 22.214.171.124.0, when using Customer Center, Credit Card Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) are not being recognized for MasterCard.
MasterCard is expanding the BIN range (prefix) to begin with a “2” (222100 – 272099) starting October 14th, 2016. Current range is 510000–559999, but length remains the same.
As there is a change in the range of MasterCard, Customer Center is getting impacted.
For any customer having payment method as new BIN master card series, for them the payment's tab in Customer Center shows "Payment Method" as undefined.
Verified that "Master 2223" is shown in list of Payment method -> Payment on File
Able to see that Master Card icon is shown. Verified for old and new MasterCard ranges.
Verified Other credit card UI components are not affected by this change.
For customer having payment method as new BIN master card series, for them the payment's tab in customer center should show payment method as MasterCard.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a account with payment method as credit-card with number range 222100 to 272099
2. Check the below UI components to see if it displays the card number along with 'Master' icon/text:
- 'TopUp' window -> Payment method on file
- 'Payments' page -> Billing Payment Method section -> combo box -> Actions -> Payment Options window -> Payment method on file.
