'Unexpected Exception Occurred' Message Displayed Upon Pressing 'Cancel F12' Function Key (Doc ID 2355563.1)

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (RPOS) , 'Unexpected Exception Occurred' message shown upon pressing "Cancel F12" function key when coming back from 'Manager' section.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to POS F3
2. Scan Item: 4321
3. Click on More F9 > Manager F6 >Cancel F12
4. Click No when prompted for confirmation to Cancel the transaction
5. On the Sell Item screen, press Tender F6
6. Notice the below Error message on the screen


An unexpected exception occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

Press Enter to return to the previous screen.
