Symptoms

On : 16.2.6.0 version, Performance

When attempting to call the ReadActivities Operation against ActivityService P6 Web Services after upgrade to 16.2, the following error occurs:

Caused By: com.primavera.infr.db.ConnectionRecycledException: Connection has been recycled. Database P6PMDBqa Pool PMR

NOTE: All of the following errors can occur so will depend on P6 Web Services timeout settings and available memory on the server:
