Unable To Exit The Product Tab: "Processing" Displayed And Never Completes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After importing a case into Argus Safety and opening it, a red dot is presented to the right of "Product Name" in Argus Safety > Products.
Users do not have the usual options displayed (Re-arrange, Delete, Copy). Additionally, users are unable to delete/change Product or exit the screen. When attempts are made, the screen hangs with "Processing" displayed.
