Symptoms

When attempting to startup p6services.jar using external encryption keys with an AE06 encryption string stored for the private database user in the PUBUSER database table, the following errors are observed:

Unable to decrypt password for $name database. Unable to locate proper decryption key

Unable to resolve privileged username and password

Unable to determine PUBUSER password.
