Documaker API Client Application Encounters Timeout Retrieving Messages Containing PDF/PCL Printstream From MSMQ (Doc ID 2355762.1)

On : 12.4 version, Docupresentment

When DMServices ( using API) attempts to retrieve the message which contains PDF/PCL printstream from MSMQ, the following message is reported:


ERROR

1. com.docucorp.messaging.msmq.DSIMSMQMessageQueue.com.docucorp.messaging.msmq.DSIMSMQMessageQueue : getMessage(): MessageQueueException: IOTimeout: MessageID = (794340dd-4e41-4837-bc2f-45aa8fd8f518\5105960)

2. com.docucorp.messaging.msmq.DSIMSMQMessageQueue.com.docucorp.messaging.msmq.DSIMSMQMessageQueue : at System.Messaging.MessageQueue.ReceiveBy(String id, TimeSpan timeout, Boolean remove, Boolean compareId, Boolean throwTimeout, MessageQueueTransaction transaction, MessageQueueTransactionType transactionType) at System.Messaging.MessageQueue.ReceiveByCorrelationId(String correlationId, TimeSpan timeout) at com.docucorp.messaging.msmq.DSIMSMQMessageQueue.getMessage(String messageID, Int32 timeout, Int32 numTries)



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Confirm IDS Services are running.
2. Submit request.
3. Monitor the system.
