TR: 3.1.0.4 Blank View SQL Screen and Log-######### Clicking View SQL Glasses w/Saved Query Over 1,000+ Codes

Symptoms
Users notice the following behavior in Cohort Explorer:
1) Blank/Empty View SQL Box
and
2) A faint error in the back ground:
An error has occurred. Please contact support with reference 'LOG-##########'
Steps to Reproduce
=============
1. Go to Cohort Query
2. Click Query Library
3. Pull up the name of your saved query (Query has 1,000 codes, for example Diagnostic Codes or Medication Codes, etc.)
4. click the glasses
5. Wait for a some time
6. Here is the problem:
The result is an empty View SQL Box and then the resulting LOG-###### error in the background
