Customer Center Is Not Showing Custom Error Messages (Doc ID 2355815.1)

The user wants to create a custom message in Customer Center, but it is not showing custom error messages.

Custom error message to be displayed in Customer Center.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add error message in fm_act_pol_spec_glid.c
2. Uncomment line { PCM_OP_ACT_POL_SPEC_GLID, "op_act_pol_spec_glid" } in fm_act_pol_config.c.
3. Make and build it. Stop CM
4. Copy the new to the lib folder
5. See custom error message in CM.pinlog but not in Customer Center
