Unable to Save BP Using Configuration Option "Use Base Commit's Record Number" (Doc ID 2355950.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Option "Use Base Commit's Record number" is unable to be saved in configuration after checking this option and then clicking Apply. Clicked OK button, but when opening it again, the modification missing.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the Configuration of the impacted Business Process (BP) and Open it
  3. On the General tab enable the "Use Base Commit's Record Number" setting and click on the OK button
  4. Open the BP's Configuration again and notice that the modification is missing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The change should be saved.
