Error Message "Could Not Subscribe to the Calendar" in P6 Ios App

When attempting to subscribe to calendars of "My owned/assigned activities" in P6 IOS app,
the following error occurs.

Could not subscribe to the calendar.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 IOS app.
2. Navigate to Settings -> Calendars.
3. Click the "subscribe" link next to "My owned/assigned activities".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot subscribe to calendars of "My owned/assigned activities".
