Symptoms

On : OSM 7.2.4 version, Order Request Processor

Faced an issue in where after COM order creation when SOM order is called for creation ,SOM failed with below error

ERROR

 "Failed to create and start the order due to  java.lang.RuntimeException: OMSException: encountered error starting orchestration caused by:Cannot find task for notification  id"
