Goal

This KM article may include the following abbreviations:

MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management
OUAF/FW - Oracle Utilities Framework
ETM/ETPM - Oracle Enterprise Taxation and Policy Management
CCB - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing

Customer is following the below process for Mobile Deployment in MWM.

1) Run M1-DPLOY batch.
2) After batch completion, go to Admin Menu -> D -> Deployment. Search for latest deployment. Select it and click on 'Activate button'.

After clicking on 'Activate' button, the Status becomes 'Active' but application warns "Deployment Out Of Date" as well even though no changes were made.

Similarly, after running the M1-DPUTD batch, without making any changes to the Deployment or it's Deployment Parts, the Deployment will be marked as Out of Date even though nothing was changed.
