Error "cannot Be Mixed With Client Types Of Selected Roles" Thrown Unexpectedly

On : 11.0.2.4 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding roles to a policy using the Policy Roles Screen, the system throws an error unexpectedly. After adding one role of Corporate Client Type cannot add another role of Individual Client Type. Also receive the error when adding one role of Individual Client Type and then trying to add another role of Corporate Client Type.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow the user to add multiple roles of differing Client Types.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Navigate to Role Screen on Policy
2.) Select Role of one Client Type ex. Joint Annuitant. Enter % in Last Name field. Click Find.
PolicyScreen business rule has following configuration for Joint Annuitant Role.

3.) Attach Joint Annuitant Role to Policy.
4.) Select Role of another Client Type ex. Transfer Company. Enter % in Company Name field. Click Find.

5.) Receive the Error "The role Transfer Company cannot be mixed with client types of selected roles."
