Decrypting Error when Using pack.sh and unpack.sh Utilities to Copy a WSC WebLogic Domain To A New Cluster (Doc ID 2357232.1)

Symptoms

When copying a WebRTC Session Controller (WSC) WebLogic domain to a new cluster using the pack.sh and unpack.sh utilities the following behavior occurs:

Current working cluster
/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/wlserver/common/bin/pack.sh -domain=wsc_domain -template=wsc_domain.jar -template_name=wsc_domain

New cluster
/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/wlserver/common/bin/unpack.sh -template=wsc_domain.jar -domain=wsc_domain

When attempting to start WSC on the new cluster the application decryption errors appear:
