In preprocessing, when setting the past weeks (npast) to zero, the preprocessing algorithm does not preprocess any of the weeks within the preprocessing window (it skips the whole preprocessing logic) for that item/store combination. In addition, any weeks that are not yet preprocessed will have incorrect output data, i.e. the rolling output measure is zero too.

While a past or future velocity of zero is not possible, the output should not be zero. It should either simply not preprocess the line (Precorsls=preoutsls=predepromosls=prebasesls=actualsls_wk), or it should not allow a value of zero for nfut and npast.
