This issue is causing Gaps in the PS Plan when "unit of effort" flag is on.

Regarding the "unit of effort" flag, even with our fix for the gap issue, we recommend user to investigate the two work orders "22936" and "22951" with
produced primary item quantity being "1.11" if these are data issue.

Investigating this issue development found that two work orders "22936" and "22951" with produced primary item quantity being "1.11" which is causing the
gap issue.

However, for now and since a majority of the work orders are producing quantity with 1. We are recommending that you should select "Schedule work
orders according unit of effort" (on Solver option page | General Tab in PS, but they should be able to set it on EBS) to No.
This will resolve your issue and also lead to some performance improvement as well.
