MSCCPP - Copy Plan Is Completing In Warning (Doc ID 2357814.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.8

Plan ST-GLOBAL1 was copied from ST-GLOBAL and although there was a warning, copied data looked correct.

Copy plan log file shows
MSCCPP5 module: Copy Plan

mbp flat file dir /u02/app/applbase_ascprd/apps/apps_st/conc/out/data3062/
Entering mrcpfl_copy_files()
mrldcf : unable open data file # 300 /u02/app/applbase_ascprd/apps/apps_st/conc/out/data3062/mbpoutput/MSLD_FULL_PEGGING.dataffopen :: Value too large for defined data type
WARNING: The copy plan operation completed successfully. However, some
auxiliary data files could not be copied. Therefore, you will not be able to run on-line planner.
You can re-launch the plan from the Navigator.

Profile MSC_ENBL_COPY_LARGE_PLAN / MSC: Enable Copy Large Plan in Linux 32 bit - Yes - same setting for several years

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run copy plan for our large plan
2. Cannot run Simulation plan with this failure
