Purpose

 This note describes what needs to be done to change partition size in the OSM database.

Scope

This process would be followed during a maintenance window on OSM while OSM is offline and not processing orders. This note is written such that it is mainly applicable to OSM 7.3.1 or higher, for information on previous releases, see KM Note OSM 7 Database Management – Doc ID 1556202.1.  Specific releases are mentioned below as appropriate, where items are applicable to earlier releases.
