Purpose
On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, Webservices Manager & Java EE Connector Architecture (JCA) Adaptor
This note is to clarify the reason of why transactions from Application Integration Architecture (AIA) to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) failed in a huge count due to:
1) ErrMsg=ERR_TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN
2) ErrMsg=ERR_STREAM_EOF
This is impacting huge customer accounts at payments, adjustments, and remaining BRM interactions.
