PDC UI Issues While Loading Provisioning Tag And GLIDs (Doc ID 2358246.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center(PDC), 11.1.0.10.0 version, PDC User Interface, the user experience the below issues when loading Provisioning tag and GLIDs.

Two issues:
1. New provisioning tag is getting synced from BRM to PDC, but during Chargeoffer/Discount creation, Provisioning Tags are not getting populated for selection in PDC UI.
2. New GLIDs are getting synced from BRM to PDC, but during Chargeoffer Creation, GLIDs are not getting populated for selection yet able to select GLID during discount creation in PDC UI.

Test Case Steps:

Case 1:
a. Open PDC
b. Create new charge offer
c. In offer settings, check if provisioning tag is getting selected
d. Validate and submit to BRM

Case 2:
a. Open PDC
b. Create new charge offer
c. Add charge details
d. Edit GLID from drop down
e. Validate and submit to BRM

No Logs populated for Provisioning tag issue.
