On Network Charging and Control 5.0.3 (NCC), when setting the edpUseNoAnswerTimer parameter to 0 (disabled) in /IN/service_packages/ACS/etc/acs.conf, running test calls with slpit returns the following error:
It looks like by default slpit is expecting the NoAnswerTimer ("applicationTimer") and cannot be configured otherwise.
In fact this capability was added to slpit starting with NCC 5.0.3 but it requires a specific configuration in order to use it.
The purpose of this document is to explain how to configure NCC in order to successfully run test calls with slpit in this scenario.
