Newly Created Business Process (BP) Does Not Show Up in Project Workspace in Unifier Mobile App

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Newly created Business Process (BP) records are not visible in the Project Workspace in the Android mobile app.
The newly created BP records should display in the Project Workspace.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login in Unifier.
- Create a BP record.
- Login to the Android mobile app.
- Synchronize data.
- The newly created BP record does not display.
