Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has to use data reset function to see the newly deployed BP on Android mobile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data Synch should be work to see newly deployed BP on Android mobile

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login mobile app
  2. Click Setting tile
  3. Select Data Synchronization
  4. Click SYNCHRONIZE button, newly deployed BP does not shows up in Android app.
  5. Select Data Reset
  6. Click RESET button, newly deployed BP shows up in Android app.

Due to this issue, users cannot use data synchronize function to see newly deployed BP.
