Unifier Android Mobile User Has to Use the Data Reset Function to See Newly Deployed Business Processes (Doc ID 2358273.1)

In the Android Unifier app, the user must use the Data Reset function to see a newly deployed BP.


Data Synchronization should automatically display the newly-deployed BP.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the mobile app.
  2. Click the Setting tile.
  3. Select Data Synchronization.
  4. Click the Synchronize button; the newly deployed BP does not display.
  5. Select Data Reset.
  6. Click the Reset button and the newly-deployed BP displays.
